Your site runs on a Raspberry Pi or a mini PC that you buy once and keep in your building. Your content and your domain are yours.
We do the tech
We set it up, connect it to the internet safely through Cloudflare, install updates automatically, back up your data and check on it every few minutes.
Easy changes
Make small changes yourself in a simple visual editor, as often as you like. For bigger changes, just ask in your portal and we'll build them.

Tell us about your business in your portal. We build your site, you check the preview, and it goes live. We handle edits from there.

What's an "AI edit"?
Small changes, like fixing text, swapping a photo or updating hours, you can do yourself in the visual editor. Those are free and unlimited.
An AI edit is a bigger change: a new layout, a new kind of section, a redesign or a new feature. You ask for it in your portal and our AI assistant builds it.

Questions
What happens if the power goes out?
Your site runs on your device, so if it loses power, visitors see a saved copy of your site instead. While it's offline, things like forms, orders and payments may not work. They come back when the power does. Keeping the device plugged in and powered is up to you, so we can't promise any uptime.
What if my internet goes down?
Same as a power outage: visitors see a saved copy of your site, but forms, orders and payments may not work until your internet is back. We get notified when your device stops checking in.
Who owns the device and my data?
You do. You buy the device once and it's yours. You own your content and your domain name. Store orders and form data stay on your device and are backed up.
If you ever leave, we send you a download of your website plus your orders and form data as spreadsheet files. After that, we keep an archived copy for 90 days, then delete it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your plan online through the billing page. It stops at the end of your current billing period. The device is yours to keep.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You plug the device in and scan the sticker. You describe what you want in plain words, and small changes happen in a simple visual editor.
Will this affect my email?
No. Your email stays where it is. When we connect your domain, we never touch your email settings.
Can you move my existing website?
Usually, yes. We can bring over your text, images, page layout, colors and fonts, and keep your search rankings with the same page addresses or redirects. Plugins, custom code and member logins don't transfer. Email us to talk it through.
Do I need my own domain name?
You can use one you already have, or buy one in your own name (we'll show you how). The Domain setup help add-on means we walk you through it.
Are add-ons monthly?
No. Online store setup ($40), SEO pack ($25) and Domain setup help ($25) are one-time fees, paid once at checkout. They don't add to your monthly bill. Extra AI edits are $15 each.
The Basic plan can add the SEO pack and Domain setup help. The Online store and Extra AI edits need a paid plan (Starter, Growth or Pro).
